In the video, well, that’s exactly what happens. Influencer Jeff Wittek was doing James’ makeup and while it was happening, they had what ended up being a very deep conversation about gender and sexuality. It was a comment made in that conversation that began the backlash from the LGBT community as it is considered to be damaging to the trans community to suggest trans men aren’t men.
