This is easier and cheaper to get than the LWS4 skyscale but you will have the SOTO Mastery Tracks. I am under the impression it works as such;
If you get the skyscale through SotO, you will have the masteries from SotO.
If you get the skyscale from LWS4, you will have those masteries.
If you do both collections ,you get the special boosted masteries
