8 Chicken Freezer Meals in ONE HOUR + Shopping List! Video
Join me as I show you how EASY it is to put together 5-10 Chicken Freezer Meals in ONE HOUR (this includes my clean up time!). You'll see me do this real time (I show my watch after each recipe) which means YOU can do this too! These chicken freezer meals use similar ingredients, but have very different flavors. BONUS: the only chopping that is needed for these chicken freezer meals is a couple of onions! It's SOOO fast to put these freezer meals together!
To make things even easier for you, I have compiled your entire SHOPPING LIST to put these chicken freezer meals together! It’s 5 chicken recipes and you can double all, some, or none of them to end up with 5-10 chicken freezer meals! I only did 8 because I didn’t have ingredients on hand to double two of the recipes. Clean up was so quick for these chicken freezer meals because I only used a cutting board, knife, and some measuring cups, measuring spoons and my kitchen scale!

Shopping List for 1 Freezer Meal of Each Recipe (SERVES 6-8)
1 cup brown sugar
2 1/3 teaspoons sesame oil (or sesame seed oil)
4 teaspoons cornstarch
1 can of coconut milk
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
8 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (I used a combination of both types of chicken)
1 1/4 onions
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic (5 cloves)
1 sprig fresh rosemary (optional)
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (from 2 large lemons)
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/3 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
2 cups honey
4 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups low sodium sauce
1 cup salsa verde
I recommend you cook each meal in the instant pot from frozen, for about 45 minutes. Add about 1/4 cup of water to help it come to pressure faster if needed.
