1. Barley vegetables soup for dinner
Ingredients:-
1.5 tbsp of barley flour, 1.5-2 cup water, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 75g paneer, 1 tomato, some beans, 1 tbsp soya granules, some fresh corn, some green peas, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp olive oil, salt to taste, some chilli flakes, some dried Italian Herbs

How to make barley soup for weight loss :-

In a bowl mix barley flour with some water to make a paste without lumps. In a pan add 1.5 cup water and heat it add barley flour mixture and stir constantly to avoid lumps. Bring it to a boil and than simmer and cook for another 13-15min on medium to low heat.

Now in a separate pan heat 1 tsp oil add chopped garlic & onion. Once the onions are slightly brown add all vegetables one by one .. cover and Cook the vegetables for few minutes. Add salt, chilli flakes and Italian dried herbs...Add paneer and boiled soya granules. Add the cooked barley to the pan and stir well. Add origano seasoning on top and mix again. Serve warm for dinner. This recipe serves two people.

3. Barley Dal paratha for lunch
Ingredients:- 2 cups barley flour, 1 cup cooked dal, salt to taste, 1 tsp cumin power

How to make barley dal Partha for weight loss :-

In a large bowl add barley flour with cooked dal. Add salt to taste make a soft dough from the mixture. Rest the dough for 10-15 minutes and kneed again for few minutes. Take small portion from the dough and make a ball, flatten it and using a rolling pin roll the dough into circular motion to make a roti. Now heat a pan or tava and place the roti when it nice and hot .. cook the roti from both sides until you start to see small brown spots apply some oil on top to make it soft. Enjoy these roti for lunch. This recipe serves 2-3 people.

4. Barley porridge for breakfast
Ingredients:- cooked broken barley, 1 cup milk, 1 medium banana, some raisins, 6-7 almonds, 1 tsp flax seeds powder, 1.5 tsp pure honey, 1 tsp pumpkin seeds

In a bowl add cooked barley with rest of the ingredients enjoy your instant breakfast.
