This is a ultra-light and slim neck knife. It comes scalpel-sharp. Because of the high quality and serrations, I think this might be manufactured by the same factory that makes Japanese Spydercos. I don't know if I would replace a folding knife with this, but it is so easy to carry that you can easily carry it in addition to any folders you might carry.
