Tropical Coconut Smoothie
1 cup milk
1 frozen banana (or fresh)
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Frozen peaches--1 to 1 1/2 cups
1/2 Tablespoon coconut oil
A splash of water
Blend well and serve chilled.
