I am consciously aware when someone blames me when it is their responsibility
I am consciously aware when someone is trying to make me feel guilty
I am gentle with myself and am full of compassion towards myself
I release any guilt that arises as a result of me taking care of myself
I know it’s ok to take care of myself and I feel good when I do so
As I let go of guilt, I use that energy to grow stronger
I make choices in a spirit of self-care
I am fully in tune with my needs
It’s ok for me to prioritize my needs, I am responsible to take care of myself and deserve my care
I replace guilt with self-empathy and self-care
Since I am in touch with my needs, it is easy for me to stand behind my choices with confidence
Whatever I have done in the past, it was the best I could do at that time; I deserve to forgive myself
Whatever I have done in the past, I did my best with the resources I had
I deserve to treat myself with kindness and ease
I reopen the gates for self-compassion, understanding, and love
