Today I am testing YSL Effect Faux Cils mascara. This is $37 in Canada ($32 in the US). There are SO many amazing mascaras available at varying price points, I wanted to see, does a luxury price tag mean it’s a better product? How does it compare to a great drugstore formula? I’ll demo it for you, wear it throughout the day and check in to show you how it performed!
