How to make salted nuts, seeds, popcorn without Oil | Zero Oil Snack recipes for Weight Loss Video
Wanting to snack ? Their is nothing more filling and appetising than a hand full of roasted salted peanuts or almonds. Even popcorns and phool Makhana tops the list. However, they are usually prepared with adding oils, which may turn these healthy and nutritious snacks into junk. So today I am here to share with you a simple and very easy method of making all these snacks without using oil. Try and Enjoy these Zero oil snack specially if you are trying for weight loss.
1. Prepare salted roasted Almonds without oil
Ingredient:-
1 cup Almonds
1 tsp pink salt
2 tsp water
1 cup salt ( use the same salt that you use for baking in cooker )
In a small bowl add pink salt with water...mix well..in a large bowl mix almonds with pink salt water mix well and leave for few minutes.
Heat the salt that you use for baking in a kadai
Once it is heated nicely..lower the flames and add soaked almonds
Keep stirring. Switch off the heat once the Almonds starts to turn more brown
Remove from gas and strain through a large strainer.
(The salt with pass through the strainer and you will have your roasted salted almonds ready to eat)
To remove excess salt use kitchen cloth or tissue
Let the almonds Cool completely before you eat them, else they will not become crunchy.
2. Roasted salted peanuts
(Same method as almonds)
3. Mixed seeds
(Don’t soak the seeds in salt water, rest of the method Is same as above)
4. Phool Makhana ( lotus seeds)
(Don’t soak the Makhana, rest of the method is same as above)
5. Popcorn
Once the salt in kadai is heated add the corn kernels and wait for few seconds once they start to pop cover from one side and continue stirring to prevent from burning.
