مواد لازم
یکونیم پیاله مسکه نرم شده
یک پیاله بوره یا شکر پودر شده
یک دانه تخم
یک قاشق غذاخوری وانیلا
یک قاشق غذاخوری عرق گلاب
نیم قاشق غذاخوری پودر کیک. baking powder
سه قاشق غذاخوری آرد کارن فلاور
سه پیاله آرد سفید
چند دانه بادام بخاطر تزیین
درجه داش به 300
و یا اگر داش تان به celsius است 150
درجه بانین تایم پختن 25 دقیقه
در پتنوس باید کاغذ نانسوز استفاده شوه خیلی ضروری است
نکته مهم
پتنوس که کلچه هارا پخته میکنین باید دبل باشه نازک نباشه از کاغذ نانسوز حتما استفاده کنین و پتنوس را در قسمت وسط داش بگذارین
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup soft butter
1. cup .powdered sugar
1. egg
1tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp rose water (optional)
1/2 tbsp baking powder
3. tbsp corn starch
3 cups of plain white flour .all purpose flour
oven temperature 300° Fahrenheit and 150 Celsius
Baking time 25 minutes
