Oats Chaas/ Buttermilk Recipe | How to make Oats Buttermilk | Healthy Weight Loss Video

Ingredients to make oats Buttermilk (serving 1)
2 tbsp /1/2 cup quick Oats
1/2 cup skimmed cow milk
Water as required
1 tsp Curd Culture/jaman
1/4 tsp Black salt ( kala namak)
1/2 tsp roasted Cumin seeds powder
1/2 tsp black pepper ( optional)
Some fresh Mint Leaves or dried mint Leaves Powder
Method to make Oats Buttermilk:-
1.Add 2 tbsp of oats to bowl, cover it with water and let it soak overnight (or for 3-4hours)
2.Next morning heat 1/2 cup of skimmed cow milk, bring it to a boil.
3.Blend the soaked oats in a Blender and mix it to the hot/warm milk.
4.Add a tsp of yogurt culture, and mix it really well
5.let the mixture set for 8-9 hours or overnight
6.Your oats yogurt is ready,now transfer it in a bowl and use a hand churner to Cure to properly
7. Now add water as required, add black salt, Cumin seeds powder, black pepper and mint.
8. Mix everything together and serve it.
9.You can also customise it by adding your favourite spices or fruits to make smoothie or shakes.
