In this video, I have described Wolff Rearrangement where alpha-Diazoketone is converted to Ketene in presence of silver catalysts. This reaction is a part of Arndt Eistert Reaction which is about the homologation (higher) of carboxylic acid. I have described the mechanism for this conversion which is also associated with retention in the stereochemical configuration.
