easy coconut barfi recipe
INGREDIENTS
# Dry grated coconut 2 cups
# sugar 11/3 cups
# green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
# water 1 cup
METHOD:
1.Heat the pan ,add coconut and saute on a low flame for 2 to 3 minutes till it get a nice aroma.remove it and keep a side.
2.In a pan add sugar,water and cook till it become thick syrup.
3.add the coconut and cardamom powder mix well.cook and continue stir until the barfi mixture become thick.
4.Keep stirring it so that the mixture does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
5.grease the tray or plate and pour the mixture into this and spread it evenly.
6.when it cools cut into square and diamond shape.you can store it in an airtight container in refrigerator.
