Mutton dalcha Muslim Style seivathu epaadi nu intha video la pakalam.Dalcha recipe Muslim style is very easy to prepare and is a perfect side dish for Biryani or Kuska.
Before start making this dalcha ingredients required:
1.Onion-3
Tomato-2
Brinjal-5
Drumstick -4
Raw Banana-1/2
Chilli powder-1 to 2 tsp
Rock salt-2 tsp
Oil -for cooking-
Mutton -4 to 5 piceces
Thoovar Dal-1/2 cup
Bengal gram-1/4 cup
Step by step procedure to prepare dalcha recipe:
1.Take a pressure cooker,add Thovvar dal,Bengal Gram,Onion-2,Tomato-1,Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp,Mutton and cook for 4 vissils
2.Take a heavy bottom pan,add cooking oil-4 tsp
3.Add Cinamon stick-2,Cloves-4
4.Add Onion,Tomoto and green chilli-2 saute it for 5 mins
5.Then add all vegetables,chilli powder,Rock salt some water and let it cook for 10 mins.
6.After ten mins add mutton pieces and some dal water
7.Let it cook for 5 mins,then add tamarind water and mango pieces
8.Let it cook for 7 to 8 mins till the raw smell of tamarind went off
9.Then add smashed Dal
10.Wait till it comes to boil
11.Add Coriander leaves and Curry leaves and coff the flame
12.Serve this dalcha with Kuska ,Biryani,Jeera rice .
