INGREDIENTES
700 Gramos de Harina
450 Gramos de azúcar morena
1 Taza de ron
6 Tazas de fruta seca ( puedes agregar hasta 10 )
500 Gramos de mantequilla
12 Huevos
1 Y media CUCHARADITA de Royal
1 Cucharadita de nuez moscada
1 Cucharadita de canela molida
1 Cucharadita de jengibre
1 Cucharadita de Clavo molido
Preparación
Poner la fruta seca en un boll echar la taza de vino y revolver bien y reservamos .
precalentar el horno a 150 grados centígrados
Batir la mantequilla hasta que esponje agregar el azúcar poco a poco después agregar los huevos uno a uno una vez que esten perfectamente incorporados agregamos el el harina y todos los ingredientes secos y las especies incorporar todo perfectamente al final incorporar las frutas junto con el juguito del alcohol de forma envolvente.
VACIAR EN LOS MOLDES DECEADOS PONER PAPEL ENCERADO UNTAR DE MANTEQUILLA VACIAR LA MEZCLA Y HORNEAR POR 1 HORA O HASTA QUE AL INTRODUCIR UN PALILLO ESTE SALGA SECO EL TIEMPO DE COCCION PUEDE VARIAR DEPENDIENDO DEL HORNO.
Para el almíbar
2 tazas de agua
1 taza de azúcar
1 raja de canela
2 clavos de olor
1 pedacito chico de pilonsillo poner a hervir hasta que se forme un almíbar retiramos del fuego una vez echo el almíbar y agregarmos una taza de vino.
una vez que sale nuestro pastel del horno lo bañamos con este almíbar poco a poco =)
