Simply Amazing Puff Pastry Pizza Video
In this video I go through the steps to making some delicious puff pastry pizza. I do two different pizza toppings that are incredibly tasty!

This type of pizza is perfect if you don’t have time to make the traditional dough and/or a bit sick of those store bought bases. The puff pastry base comes out to crunchy, flaky and packed full of flavour. It’s also a bit lighter than the traditional base.
The full list of ingredients that I used for the toppings is listed below.
• 1 sheet of puff pastry
The Toppings
• 1-2 Tbsp. Tomato paste
• 2-4 Slices Sliced Ham
• 10 Slices Salami
• 3 Cherry Tomatoes, chopped
• 2 tsp. Caramelised onion
• 1 Cup Mozzarella Shredded cheese
The toppings I show are just a couple of examples. There are just so many different combinations out there. If you have your own, then be sure to share it in the comments section below.
One important thing when it comes to cooking any kind of pizza is to have the oven at the required temperature before adding your pizza in. If you add it when it’s only warm, then you’re like to end up with a very inconsistent pizza. (Doughy base and overcooked topping)
Another thing you should be wary of is overloading the base with too many ingredients. When it comes to puff pastry it’s pretty thin so it can’t support a huge amount of toppings. On the flip side because it’s such a light thin base you will be able to enjoy the fewer toppings just as much as a pizza with tons of topping.
