In this video I want to show you how to make
Afghan qatlama or katlama some people called It Paratha or sala qazi it has a sevral name
This katlama is very tasty dessert it looks difficult to make but it's not difficult to make at all you can make this sweet dessert for Eid or any other occasions you can make this katlama and store it in a airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks .this is Afghan dessert recipe.
ingredient
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of warm water
1 Tbsp of sugar
1 Tsp of salt
2 Tbsp of oil
1 cup of melted butter
5 Tbsp of corn starch
oil to fry
powdered sugar & pistachios for garnish
مواد لازم برای قتلمه
دو گیلاس آرد سفید ساده
یک گیلاس آب نیم گرم
یک قاشق غذاخوری شکر
یک قاشق چایخوری نمک
دو قاشق غذاخوری روغن
برای داخل قتلمه
یک گیلاس مسکه
پنچ قاشق غذاخوری کارن فلاور
پسته و پودر شکر برای تزین
روغن برای سرغ کردن قتلمه
طرز تهیه
آرد و شکرو نمک را همرا با آب نیم گرم خمیر کنید و خمیر را با دو قاشق روغن خوب ورز بدهید یعنی مشت کنید تا یک خمیر صاف بدست بیاید باز خمیر را مدت پانزده دقیقه استراحت بدهید وبعد خمیر را به پنج زغاله آماده ساخته همه زغاله هارا هموار بسازید بسیار نازک نازک و بعد از آن تمام ورق های خمیر را لا به لا مسکه چرب کنید و کارن فلادر بپاشید همه را بالای همدیگر قرار بدهید و از قسمت وسط قطع کنید و باز هر دو لایه را یکجا کرده رول کنید بعد از آن به اندازه یک انچ بریده دو دانه را با هم بچسپانید وهموار کنید باز بسیار ورق ورق میشود در روغن که زیاد گرم نباشه یعنی حرارت منقل و روغن هر دو باید بین پایین ومتوسط باشه پخته کنید و بعد از پخته شدن شکر وپسته پاش دهید.
