3/4 de taza de azúcar mascabado
canela y nuez moscada al gusto
2 cucharadas de harina

procedimiento
1.- extender la masa y acomodar en el molde picar el fondo con un tenedor y reservamos
2.- revolvemos todos los demaS ingredientes menos el huevo que ese es para barnizar ponemos en relleno dentro del pIE tejemos nuestro pie y barnizamos con el huevo y listo a disfrutar
